Support Chassell's emergency services and save lives.

The Chassell Emergency Services Fund is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening public safety and emergency response services within the Chassell community. Our primary mission is to raise funds and secure resources in support of the Chassell Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department, ensuring that its firefighters and emergency responders have the equipment, training, and operational support necessary to protect lives and property.
As a volunteer-based department, Chassell Fire and Rescue relies heavily on community involvement and charitable contributions to maintain high-quality emergency services. Our organization works to bridge funding gaps by organizing fundraising initiatives, pursuing grants, and fostering partnerships with local residents, businesses, and civic groups. Contributions help provide essential gear, safety equipment, vehicle upgrades, facility improvements, and continuing education for volunteer personnel.
Through our efforts, we aim to enhance the readiness, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability of the Chassell Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department. By investing in those who serve on the front lines, we help ensure that the Chassell area remains a safe, resilient, and well‑protected community.
The First Watch Ice Rescue Suit is a highly durable, universal-fit dry suit engineered for cold-water and ice emergencies.
Turnout gear, also known as "bunker gear," is the specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) worn by firefighters to shield them from extreme heat, flames, and environmental hazards.
The LUCAS Chest Compression System is a portable, mechanical device used by first responders and medical professionals to deliver automated, consistent chest compressions to patients experiencing sudden cardiac arrest. It is designed to ensure uninterrupted blood flow to the brain and heart without relying on human exertion.
A modern, larger fire station is essential to safely store crucial life-saving gear—such as the departments existing air boat and off-road rescue/high angle rescue trailer, ensuring everything remains organized and ready for immediate deployment. Furthermore, inadequate space often restricts a department's recruitment and retention and hinders opportunity for hands on training. By upgrading the hall, we can establish a comprehensive training integration center equipped with ample floor space and modern amenities. This allows not only our own volunteer fire department to practice regularly, but also invites neighboring departments to hone their skills together, fostering vital trust and interoperability well before a real emergency strikes.

Your generous donations help us equip and train Chassell's firefighters and emergency responders. Join us in ensuring safety and preparedness in our community. Every contribution makes a significant impact on lives and property.
